We turn Hudson Valley grains into flour for bread, tortillas, and chips that reach schools, stores, and food pantries. Supporting local farmers, making quality flour accessible, and strengthening the bonds that nourish our community.

We partner with farms and local producers to create highly nutritious, minimally processed, easy to eat foods that are affordable and absolutely delicious.

Then we deliver these great locally grown and made products to schools and food pantries in the mid-Hudson Valley.
