Corn Tortillas

These tortillas are made with organic yellow corn from a variety called "Choices"—grown right here in the Hudson Valley and prepared using a traditional nixtamalization process. This particular corn gives the tortillas their soft, flexible texture without being brittle, plus an earthy, complex flavor that really shines through. They come frozen to keep them fresh—just heat and eat. Perfect for tacos, quesadillas, or even torn up and added to soups.
